Log in to the WiNG Controller

Connect to the device (AP, wireless controller, service platform, or virtual paltform) using either of the following methods:

Use a terminal emulation program running on a computer connected to the serial port on the device. See Configuring a Terminal Emulator to Connect to a Device Controller.
Use a Telnet session through Secure Shell (SSH) over a network. See Enabling Remote Administration.

If this is the first time you are logging in to the controller, be sure to log in using the following credentials:


User Name	`admin`
Password	`admin123`

Use this procedure to establish a CLI session with the device controller.

When logging into the CLI for the first time, you are prompted to change the password. Reset the password and use it for subsequent logins.
